This master suite has all the feminine touches with iridescent glass tile from Italy, custom storage for hair tools, and ample room for beauty products. To make this remodel possible, we had to work functional details into the plan. Adding tile behind the tub was relatively the same cost as wall repair and it also creates a nice backdrop. The original shower was too small, and it needed a bench. Due to pocket door placement, there was no place to move the plumbing and the wall didn't have any structural support for a frameless glass door. By adding a stud wall in front of the pocket door, we were able to expand the shower and incorporate all the “must have” features into this bathroom.
