This kitchen needed more than a cosmetic facelift, and no one knew where to start. The kitchen had been previously expanded, but the home wasn’t working to its full potential. As we collaborated and worked through the critical criteria as well as budget, we concluded that the adjoining bedroom would lend enough space for everything on the “must have” list. The bedroom would still be large enough for a full-size bed and well suited for an office. The closet would become smaller, while the bathroom would gain a much-needed shower, and most importantly the kitchen footprint would expand. The final design includes more space in front of the toilet, vanity, and refrigerator to meet industry standards. Well-appointed cabinetry with a built-in pantry keeps everything beautifully organized.
