Every project starts with an initial Design Consultation. I want to get to know you, gain a sense of your style, and an understanding of the overall project goals. From there we will develop a plan to work through the project, and I will follow up with a Design Proposal.
Design work ranges from simple hourly consultations to full-service Design with 3D renderings. I can also facilitate full-service Contracting and Project Management services.

Remodeling starts with a vision. Utilizing Design Showrooms, your options are nearly endless as we work to coordinate materials and colors that will complement the overall character and features of your home. During the remodel process, we oversee the project from start to finish, bringing the appropriate resources and managing the remodel through to project completion.

SPACE PLANNING AND 3-D RENDERING
Space planning is my passion and I love the challenge of reconfiguring difficult impractical spaces into a beautiful and functional design. We start by identifying what is and isn't working in the existing space. Your space will be re-design your space into one that addresses both form and function. I create 3D renderings, floor plans and elevations for review and collaboration. Engineer review is incorporated into the final design as needed.
COLOR CONSULTATIONS
Paint color can have a significant impact on the look and feel of your home. We will take special consideration of factors that impact color, such as lighting, furnishings, color flow from one room to another, as well as the psychological impacts of color. My extensive color libraries make it easy to find the perfect shade, and we also offer painting services.
