TIMELESS TRADITIONS
What began as a simple kitchen remodel, quickly evolved into a full-home renovation and additional living space. Drawing inspiration from the home's original character and the historic Seattle neighborhood, we worked to preserve historical charm while updating the home for the busy lives we live today. The kitchen floor plan expanded to gain additional square footage by converting the original full bathroom into a simple powder bath. Two original main-floor bedrooms were reconfigured to create a serene primary en-suite. The new additional floor provides an office, a second guest suite, and a “Jack and Jill” bath that connects two bedrooms. Every detail was carefully considered to reflect historic elegance while infusing modern function into the design.
